Record-breaking freediver and voted #1 Motivational Speaker outside of the US in the Global Guru rankings, Jim Lawless has spoken to well over a million people on five continents.

Founder and CEO of transformation architects Symmetry.inc, Jim and his team work with leaders globally to deliver transformation to agile, intelligent organisations. Uniquely, he insists on walking the walk, not just talking the talk. He became a televised jockey, (and lost 25% of his bodyweight), within 12 months of sitting on a horse and became the deepest freediver in British history within 8 months; he is the first Briton to pass the magic 100m barrier.

Jim kept the team completely captivated for over 90 minutes as he told the story of his numerous adventures. From challenging himself down at the pub with his friends through to completing his challenges, one constant remains: Jim tamed his 'tiger', overcame his fears and anxiety and decided to write his own life story.

After plenty of laughs, engagement and thought provoking stories, the whole team felt completely inspired to challenge ourselves, take risks and move forward together towards our 2025 goals!

The latter part of the event involved launching an incredible scheme for all employees. From 2025 onwards, staff will be sharing in the company profits as we continue to grow. This exciting initiative was demonstrated with a fun game, showing how profit is calculated for everyone to easily understand.

The event concluded with the directors sharing their plans for 2025, including:

• Investment in new machinery.
• Further growth to the team across Europe.
• A cutting edge office refurbishment at head office.
